Welcome to NookMug. These Terms apply to your use of Nookmug.store and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. "We," "us," and "our" mean NookMug, operated by [your business name]. "You" means the visitor or buyer.
1. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
2. Products. We try to show our mugs as accurately as possible, but colors and the stained-glass finish may look slightly different on your screen and may vary slightly between mugs. We may update or discontinue products at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping, if any, are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by secure third-party processors, and we never store your full card details. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.
4. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, for example because of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will refund you in full if we do. You can cancel before your order ships by contacting us.
5. Shipping. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy. Please enter your address correctly. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.
6. Returns and Refunds. These are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. Product Use and Care. Ceramic products can chip or break if dropped. Use and care for the mug as described on the product page. Hot drinks can burn, so handle carefully. We're not liable for misuse.
8. Intellectual Property. The NookMug name, logo, designs, text, and images belong to us and are protected by law. You may not copy or use them commercially without written permission. NookMug is an independent brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any other brand, publisher, or author.
9. Acceptable Use. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, attempt to hack or disrupt it, scrape it with bots, or submit false or abusive content. We may restrict access if you do.
10. Reviews and Content. If you submit a review or photo, you give us a free, non-exclusive right to display it on our site and marketing. You confirm it's yours and doesn't violate anyone's rights.
11. Disclaimer. The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent allowed by law.
12. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, NookMug isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing here limits your rights under mandatory consumer laws.
13. Third-Party Services. We use third-party services such as payment processors and carriers and aren't responsible for their actions or policies.
14. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
15. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
